Our team will review the property details you submit and email you with the verification result. In some cases, this may include a copy of the property’s verification certificate.
What if the property isn’t verified?
If we cannot confirm that the property is verified, we’ll let you know. We strongly advise not sending payment until verification can be confirmed.
Do you share my details with the property operator?
No — your personal information is not shared with landlords, agents, or property operators. It is used only to respond to your verification request.
