The landlord’s details, including their Certificate ID and the email address or phone number they are using to communicate with you. We will respond with confirmation of their verification status

    We verify the existence of the property, the legitimacy of the operator or agent, and, where available, secure payment details and booking processes.

    Our team will review the property details you submit and email you with the verification result. In some cases, this may include a copy of the property’s verification certificate.

    If we cannot confirm that the property is verified, we’ll let you know. We strongly advise not sending payment until verification can be confirmed.
